Ms. Smita Kinhikar

Smita Kinhikar is RYT-200 from Yoga Bharati, SF Bay Area and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Nagpur University. She has been practicing Yoga for the last 20+ years. She is the owner and founder of SwayamYog that specializes in teaching Kids Yoga. She also works for Aum School as a Kids Yoga Teacher. She is very passionate about yoga, Spirituality, and Vedic Philosophy. She volunteers for several NGOs like Yoga Bharati, Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh as well as local schools. During the pandemic period, she has conducted 100+ yoga classes for the community in the TriValley Area.
